Kip McKean takes “sabbatical” as leader of the ICC

On the evening of Sunday 11 November 2001 it was announced that Kip and Elena McKean are stepping down from leadership of the LACC (Los Angeles Church of Christ) and the ICC altogether due to family and marriage issues.
Peter Garcia and Marty Fuqua will co-lead the Los Angeles church, while Al Baird and Bob Gempel will lead the World Sector Leaders.
