Hope Worldwide Buys Wayne Office Building

PENNSYLVANIA (8/5/99) Hope Worldwide has purchased a 16,800-square-foot Class A space office building at 353 West Lancaster Ave in Wayne.

The three-story, elevator-served office building was sold for $2.7 million by the owner, 353 Associates. The building was offered to the market at $2.95 million.

The building’s second and third floors feature perimeter executive offices premium wall coverings, upgraded carpet and recessed grid acoustic ceilings. The first level has sheltered parking for about seven vehicles, though the building site in total has paved parking for up to 73 cars.

Other building features include a tenant controlled HVAC system, upgraded common areas and tile restrooms, in addition to a code access security system for after hours entry.

Gary M. Holloway Jr., a broker from the King of Prussia office of GMH Realty Inc., represented the seller.
